Program Evaluation Office

The Program Evaluation Office provides oversight and accountability of CalRecycle programs, both internally and to external stakeholders such as constituents, businesses, and jurisdictions. The office provides an objective risk assessment and review of department programs, and their relevance to the strategic goals included in the department’s strategic plan, to ensure quality management and customer service, continuous program improvement, and near- and longterm program effectiveness.
