Public Notice: Informal Workshop on Draft Regulatory Revisions to Title 14 and 27 (Compostable Materials, Transfer Processing, Permit Application Form, Permit Exemptions)

Informal Workshop to review draft regulatory issues and potential approaches for future revisions to Title 14 and Title 27. Regulatory areas include Compostable Materials, Transfer Processing, Permit Application Form, and Permit Exemptions.The workshop will include updates and discussion on Issue 1 (Food waste definition), Issue 2 (Land application), and Issue 4 (Odor). 

The Workshop will be held after the Monthly Meeting from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.  If the Monthly Meeting agenda continues past 1:00 PM,  the Workshop will begin after the last Monthly Meeting Agenda item has been completed.  Questions regarding the workshop can be sent to Ken.Decio@Calrecycle.ca.gov.
