Tentative Timeline for the FY 2011/12 & 2012/13 Grant Cycles

Sept. 1-Sept. 30, 2011	Phase 1 Concept Application Question and Answer Period and Deadline Questions must be submitted by email or mail only. Questions and answers will be posted weekly on the Q&A web page.
Oct. 10, 2011	Phase 1 Concept Application Deadline Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date. Hand-delivered applications must be received, and date stamped by CalRecycle, no later than 3:00 p.m. on the application deadline date.
Dec. 12, 2011-Jan. 9, 2012	Phase 2 Proposal Application Question and Answer Period and Deadline Questions must be submitted by email or mail only. Questions and answers will be posted weekly on the Q&A web page.
Jan. 17, 2012	Phase 2 Proposal Application Deadline Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date. Hand-delivered applications must be received, and date stamped by CalRecycle, no later than 3:00 p.m. on the application deadline date.
April 9, 2012	Grant Awarded. CalRecycle considers funding recommendations, and if approved, awards grants.
FY 2011/12 June 1, 2012-June 30, 2014 FY 2012/13 July 1, 2012-June 30, 2015	Grant Performance Period: Grantee may incur costs from after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to this date.
FY 2011/12-June 30, 2014 FY 2012/13-June 30, 2015	Deadline: Final Report, Final Payment Request and Request for 10 percent withhold.

The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the Exhibits prior to issuance of the Grant Agreement. Any such changes will be non-negotiable.
