Past Beverage Container Rulemakings

This page contains information on several past beverage container rulemakings. Information on rulemaking packages that originated in 2011 or later is posted on CalRecycle's main rulemaking site.

Note: Renotice dates are used if the text of the regulation is substantially changed during the public comment period. This allows the public 15 days to review the amended text and comment on changes.
