CalRecycle (formerly the California Integrated Waste Management Board) awards grant funds to local governments and nonprofit organizations for developing used oil and household hazardous waste collection and public educational programs. Many of these grants in the past included development and broadcasting of videos and public service announcements (PSA) regarding used oil and household hazardous waste.
