Timeline for the FY 2010/11 Grant Cycle

Dates	Activity and Details
March 11, 2011	Question and Answer Period and Deadline Questions must be submitted by email or mail after the release of the application and are due on this date. All answers will be posted approximately ten days after the due date.
April 15, 2011	Application Deadline Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date. Hand-delivered applications must be received, and date stamped by CalRecycle, no later than 3:00 p.m. on the application deadline date.
May 16, 2011	Resolution and Environmentally Preferable Purchases and Practices (EPPP) Policy Deadline If the resolution is not submitted with the application: The approved resolution must be received by CalRecycle by this date. If the applicant does not have an EPPP policy at the time of application submittal: An EPPP policy must be adopted and notification must be received by CalRecycle by this date.
June 2011	Grant Awards: CalRecycle considers funding recommendations, and if approved, awards grants.
April 1, 2013	Grant Performance Period: Grantee may incur costs from after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to this date.
April 15, 2013	Deadline: Final Report, Final Payment Request and Request for 10 percent withhold.

The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the Procedures and Requirements prior to issuance of the Grant Agreement. Any such changes will be non-negotiable. In the event that any changes are made to the Procedures and Requirements, all Grantees will be notified as to what specific changes have been made.
