Annual Reporting: Household Hazardous Waste Collection Information

Form 303: Historical HHW Collection Data and Voluntary Survey Responses

Each jurisdiction in California is mandated to complete a CalRecycle form 303a or 303b annually. The form gathers data regarding the amount of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collected by local programs and the methods for managing these waste streams. The form specifically fulfills the reporting requirements of the Household Hazardous Waste Element of CalRecycle's Countywide Integrated Waste Management Plans, and it also satisfies the Department of Toxic Substances Control's directive to collaboratively maintain HHW volume totals with CalRecycle for all HHW collection events, facilities, and programs in California.

Each jurisdiction is encouraged to annually complete and submit to CalRecycle a voluntary survey on program collection and disposal costs and other information of interest. Survey results are provided below to present jurisdictions a larger perspective on statewide HHW programs.
