Partnership 2000
Annual LEA/CalRecycle Technical Training Series (formerly Conference)
One of the commitments of Partnership 2000 was to hold a solid waste technical training series for California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery staff and local enforcement agencies (LEA) to provide more opportunity for interaction and information exchange. In 2006, specific technical training was added for waste tire enforcement agencies (TEA) and in 2007 for facility operators. In 2011, technical sessions were added for e-waste and beverage container recyclers. Successful conferences have been held since 1997.
