11th Annual LEA/CIWMB Conference

The 2008 conference successfully concluded on November 6, 2008. The conference steering committee planned 28 technical sessions designed to meet the needs of Board staff, local enforcement agencies, tire grantees, and solid waste facility operators. Attendees also toured Clover Flat Landfill and Upper Valley Composting in Napa, and enjoyed a networking reception and the opportunity to meet with CIWMB Executive Staff.
