Permitting and Enforcement Division Staff Re-Organization

To: All Local Enforcement Agencies

As many of you are aware, the Permitting & Enforcement Division has been going through some significant changes over the last few months. We recently reorganized to consolidate functions in some areas, with the goal of improving customer service and program delivery. Some of these changes (such as the combining of the permitting and inspection and CEQA permits functions) may have resulted in changes in the Board staff assigned to your jurisdiction for these functions. To assist you in contacting staff within the Division, I have attached copies of our new Organization Chart, Phone List, and Regional County Assignment List. I appreciate all the support and patience you have shown to me and my staff while we are going through this transition and look forward to any feedback you wish to give regarding the re-organization.
