Notice of Public Workshop—Transfer/Processing of Putrescible Wastes

The California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) staff is conducting informal public workshops for the purpose of soliciting feedback on proposed regulations for the transfer/processing of putrescible wastes. The CIWMB adopted emergency regulations for putrescible waste transfer/processing in April 2001. These workshops will initiate the regular rulemaking process for making the regulations permanent. The CIWMB encourages all potentially affected parties to participate. The dates, times, and locations are as follows:
