- The Board concurred in four solid waste facility permits.
- The Board directed staff to formally notice (start the 45 day public comment period) for three proposed regulation packages: Construction, Demolition Debris, And Inert Waste Transfer And Processing Facilities And Operations; Waiver Of Permit Terms And Conditions During Temporary Emergencies and The Inventory Of Solid Waste Facilities Which Violate State Minimum Standards.
- The Board directed staff to notice a 15-day public comment period for the Proposed Regulations For Hazardous Waste Disposal Facilities Disposing Nonhazardous, Notputrescible, and Industrial Solid Waste.
- The Board approved the adoption of two regulation packages (the formal comment period ended): The Process Of Board Withdrawal Of Its Approval Of Local Agency Designations and The Local Enforcement Agency Enforcement Assistance Grants.
