Available now on the Department of Toxic Substances Control’s (DTSC) Proposed Regulations web page is the 45-day notice of the proposed cathode ray tubes regulations. The public comment period has commenced and will end with a hearing on September 30, 2002. Please follow the link above for more details. All comments must be directed to DTSC.
