This all LEA e-mail was sent on behalf of Angela Basquez, and the LEA Support Services Branch of the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) as an FYI (no LEA action required).

CIWMB staff mailed the attached survey (Word 97/2000, 145 KB or Adobe PDF, 38 KB) to landfill operators on November 15, 2002 to solicit input for the CIWMB Landfill Closure Loan Program that will provide interest-free loans to operators of unlined, older-technology landfills that are interested in early closure of their landfills. Eligibility criteria is listed on the survey.
