Permitting and Inspection Branch Reorganization

This all LEA E-mail was sent on behalf of Mark de Bie, Branch Manager, of the CIWMB’s Permitting and Inspection Branch.

On November 1, 2002, the CIWMB's Permitting and Inspection (P&I) Branch implemented a small reorganization in order to redistribute workload within the Branch and to provide better service our partners most effectively. The branch remains divided into four regions fully capable of assisting with permitting, inspection, enforcement, and CEQA for their region.

The supervisor of each region is as follows:

Region 1--Northern: Mary Madison-Johnson
Region 2--South Central: Georgianne Turner
Region 3--North Central: Sue O’Leary
Region 4--Southern: Suzanne Hambleton

An updated branch staff contact list that identifies the P&I staff county assignments and telephone numbers will be posted to the Board’s web site by the end of next week.
