Advisory Web Page Update

This all LEA e-mail was sent on behalf of the LEA Support Services Branch of the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB).

Several changes have been made to the Advisory web page). Due to the recent adoption of the new composting regulations, two advisories (#32 and #33) have been temporarily rescinded pending revision and one advisory (#49) has been permanently rescinded. In addition, Advisory #12 has been deemed outdated and will also be revised.

Temporarily Rescinded--Under Revision

• #32--Jurisdiction Over Odor Complaints
• #33--Odor Complaint Response
• #12--Permitting of Nontraditional Facilities

Rescinded

• #49--Implementation of Permanent Regulations for Storage and Chipping and Grinding Activities
