This all-LEA e-mail was on behalf of Howard Levenson, Deputy Director of the Permitting and Enforcement Division of the California Integrated Waste Management Board.

On September 29, 2004, Governor Schwarzenegger vetoed AB 2633 regarding the transportation and disposal of grease waste. Attached is the veto message (Adobe PDF, 9 KB), which directs the California Department of Food and Agriculture to, in coordination with the Integrated Waste Management Board, review and upgrade its existing system to improve the tracking and enforcement of laws governing disposal and transportation of restaurant grease.
