This is an opportunity to honor an individual who has made a major impact to the LEA/solid waste field or accomplished any special achievement which has enhanced the regulatory community's ability to better protect public health, safety and the environment through the LEA/EA program.

The award will be presented at the LEA/CIWMB Conference in Anaheim.
