Information on Inspection Forms

This all LEA e-mail was sent on behalf of the LEA Support Services Branch of the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB).

Please be aware that the CIWMB is in the process of updating the current inspection forms. In the spirit of waste reduction we will not be re-ordering the current forms once this process has begun. You can currently download and print forms from our forms web page.

We will be placing a small order of the disposal facility inspection report forms (form 52) since there have been several orders for this form that we have not been able to fill. We apologize for the delay in ordering these forms and will send out the waiting orders as soon as the new forms arrive.
