Solid Waste Facility Permit for Closed Landfills Recommended Procedures

In February 2003, regulations were revised to require permits for closed landfills that initiated closure construction after the effective date of the regulation (27 CCR 21870[e]). CalRecycle staff has prepared a permit template* (CalRecycle Form 214A) (MS Word, 112 KB | Fillable Adobe PDF, 114 KB) and recommended procedures (MS Word, 44 KB | Adobe PDF, 46 KB) to assist LEAs in accomplishing this task.
