Enforcement Program Plan Annual Update Guidance

The Enforcement Program Plan (EPP) Annual Update Guidance–June 2006 is now available. CIWMB staff revised this guidance document to provide LEAs with specific information regarding which EPP components need to be updated annually. In addition, the guidance document includes regulatory changes pertaining to hearing panels and hearing officers that have gone into effect since the initial posting of the 2003 EPP guidance document.
