Rule 410 Joint Workshop and Alternative Odor Management Plan Guidance

The California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) staff recently mailed two documents to the owners and operators of solid waste facilities subject to South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 410 and to the Local Enforcement Agencies (LEA) in the SCAQMD.

One document is guidance from the CIWMB on Rule 410 Alternative Odor Management Plan (AOMP) content and LEA approval process (Adobe PDF, 100 KB | MS Word, 353 KB).

The other document is a cover letter and notification of a December 20, 2006, joint SCAQMD/CIWMB workshop to discuss the AOMP and other Rule 410 implementation issues/questions (Adobe PDF, 90 KB | MS Word, 103 KB).
