San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District: Draft Rule 4565 (Composting/Biosolids Facilities)

The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) is proposing new draft rule 4565 that would regulate emissions from composting/biosolids facilities. New draft rule 4565 and a draft staff report are available on the web. 

The SJVAPCD will conduct public workshops in person and via video teleconferencing (VTC) at the SJVAPCD offices on the following dates and times:

October 2, 2006 (Monday) at 1:30 p.m.
In person workshop: Fresno
VTC: Bakersfield and Modesto

October 4, 2006 (Wednesday) at 1:30 p.m.
In person workshop: Bakersfield
VTC: Fresno and Modesto

October 6, 2006 (Friday) at 1:00 p.m.
In person workshop: Modesto
VTC: Bakersfield and Fresno
