Notice of February Committee Discussion Item: Statutory Issues Related to Permitting and Enforcement Processes

On February 6, 2006, the Permitting and Enforcement Committee will hear item G, “Discussion of Statutory Issues Related to Permitting and Enforcement Processes."

The Committee meeting will be held in the Coastal Hearing Room, on the 2nd Floor of the Cal/EPA building in Sacramento, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Six items are on the Committee agenda.

Please be advised that this is not an "action" item (i.e., the Board will not be considering formal action), but rather is a discussion item. The purpose of this item is to provide the Board with an initial description of statutory issues related to the permitting and enforcement processes.
