Attached is a CIWMB guidance document designed to assist Local Enforcement Agencies and solid waste facility owners/operators with the implementation of the February 8, 2006 sunset of universal waste disposal exemptions. The CIWMB is also distributing this guidance to the owners/operators of solid waste landfills and transfer processing facilities/operations through hard-copy mailing.
