Date: January 19, 2007 To: All Local Enforcement Agencies The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) has released a revised draft of New Rule 4565 that would regulate emissions from the composting, landfilling, and land application of biosolids, manure, and poultry litter.
