Enhanced Enforcement for Local Agencies on January 1, 2009

AB 2679 modifies Public Resources Code sections to enhance enforcement for local agencies. The effective date of the law is January 1, 2009 and CIWMB staff will provide draft guidance later this fall for Enforcement Advisory Council (EAC) input with final guidance expected at the first of the new year.
