San Diego's Solid Waste Permit Process and CEQA Refresher Training in Jeopardy of Cancellation

Date: July 11, 2008

To: All Local Enforcement Agencies

The LEA Training and Health and Safety Branch of the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) announced the "Solid Waste Permit Process and CEQA Refresher Training" to LEAs on March 17, 2008. Unfortunately, the San Diego venue may warrant cancellation due to low registration.

To avoid canceling this important training, we are asking those of you who wish to attend to register by Friday, July 18, 2008. The minimum number is (20) attendees on both days for this training to go forward as planned.

Below is the training announcement released in March.

Many thanks for your support in this matter.
