These draft papers have been developed to provide input on the Board's Strategic Directive 8.3 which requires an ongoing review and analysis of regulations in light of current science, market issues, and applicable technologies. Stakeholders are also invited to provide input on draft guidance relative to how the current regulations should be applied to anaerobic digestion projects.

Workshops will be held on July 28, 2009 in Sacramento and August 6, 2009 in Riverside. Workshop information and registration is available on line. The draft white papers and guidance document will be available on this webpage a week before the workshop.
