Join federal and state environmental enforcement colleagues on Wednesday, September 30th from 11 AM - 12:30 PM Pacific Time for a highly informative webinar--"The Impact of the Financial Crisis on Enforcement Litigation." Jonathan Libber of EPA's Office of Civil Enforcement will lead a panel discussion of the various impacts the crisis is having on our litigation. Panel members will present practical advice on handling enforcement cases and ability to pay claims in light of the crisis.
