Landfill Operators May Request Reconsideration of Staff Decisions on LFG Plans

Landfill operators may request the Board’s Executive Director to reconsider a decision by staff to reject, in whole or in part, a Landfill Gas Monitoring and Control Program Plan proposed by the operator. Detailed instructions are available, including a rough timeline to submit reconsideration requests. These guidelines are available to ensure efficient processing for the Executive Director to render a Final Action on whether LFG Plans will be denied or approved.
