CalRecycle is the lead agency for the preparation of a Statewide Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to assist agencies that are considering permits for AD facilities to divert organic waste from landfills. This Notice of Preparation (NOP) (Adobe PDF, 138 KB) provides information on the project and its potential environmental effects. You are invited to provide comments on the scope and content.
