Interested in how other states regulate their recycling and composting activities? A recently completed report (Adobe PDF, 14.1 MB) by Cal Poly San Luis Obispo reviews those models and makes recommendations for California’s review of related regulations. CalRecycle staff categorized the contractor’s recommendations in four categories to identify areas that should be carried forward. Report will be reviewed during May 10 Monthly Meeting.
