Training--Basic Inspector Academy Begins January 11

Take On-line Pre-Course Before January 11-14 Class in Stockton
The Basic Inspector Academy, a free course offered by Cal/EPA, includes a six-hour on-line pre-course and four days of practical classroom sessions which cover skills for environmental inspectors: inspection overview; elements of a violation; report writing; interviewing skills; sampling and evidence collection; report analysis; testimony skills. Courses are held monthly in various parts of the state—January in Stockton, February in Long Beach, March in Riverside, etc. Registration information and a course overview is available on the Cal/EPA website.
