CalRecycle Website Changes

Date: March 1, 2010

To: All LEAs

Are these new features making it easier to know what CalRecycle is doing?

Stakeholder involvement remains a high priority for CalRecycle and we’re developing web tools to facilitate involvement. This trial page allows you to access the full range of programs within CalRecycle-monthly meetings, workshops, permits, regulations, grants and other pending CalRecycle decisions.

For example under “Permit Determinations” you can review a list of permits recently acted upon or those that are currently in process. Click on “Pending Actions Within the Next 60 Days” to see how it displays. Click on the one of the permits on that list and you’ll find a description of the proposed changes and related documents. Depending on where the permit is in the CalRecycle process, documents will include the proposed permit and the draft or final Staff Report.

This email is being sent on behalf of Ted Rauh, Program Director, Waste Compliance and Mitigation Program, CalRecycle.
