Reminder to Sign Up for the Conflict Resolution Training

If you are interested in attending the Conflict Resolution training, please sign up now for one of the confirmed venues. Please note the Sacramento venue on October 20, 2011 is next week and will most likely be the only Northern California venue.

We encourage you to forward this to your operators as this class will be useful for LEAs, TEAs, Facility Operations staff and CalRecycle staff.
This one day, 6-hour class will provide information on the implementation effective conflict resolution techniques in the work environment for enforcement agencies and CalRecycle staff. This workshop is certified for 4 CEU contact hours. Class details and the registration information, including other venues and dates, are available online.
