Who Reports in the Disposal Reporting System

**Waste Origin Tracking Requirements:

Survey Frequency: Origin survey frequency is daily for all compacted loads and for all uncompacted loads greater than 12 cubic yards.  For all uncompacted loads less than or equal to 12 cubic yards, origin survey frequency is at least 1 week/quarter survey.

Note: Rural facilities are allowed to use 1 week/quarter survey for all loads (minimum requirement).

Records: Origin information from public contract haulers must be based on dispatcher records or hauling routes, billing, or other relevant records. Access to records must be provided to affected parties.
