The following CalRecycle disposal reporting templates are offered to assist you in meeting the disposal reporting requirements of Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Sections 18800-18814.11. The revised regulations became effective January 1, 2006.

Template For Upload of Quarterly Electronic Disposal Reports
A Microsoft Excel template (MS Excel,19 KB) for reporting required jurisdiction level DRS data is also available on CalRecycle's Electronic Disposal Reporting System (eDRS) web page near the bottom of the page.
Template For Quarterly Summary Reports by Facility
The document may be used by landfills to report quarterly facility summary information to the host county or regional agency as required by the regulations. Agencies may also use the template to report the facility summary information to CalRecycle. Instructions for completing the template are included.

Quarterly Station Notification
- Station Notification Template (MS Excel, 43 KB). The station notification is a quarterly report of disposal information submitted by permitted transfer stations and materials recovery facilities to agencies (counties/regional agencies). The requirement is specified in California Code of Regulations, Section 18809.9(b).

Annual Report of Facility Methods
The following documents may be used by permitted facility operators to prepare an annual report of facility disposal reporting methods. For each reporting facility type (transfer station, landfill, and transformation facility), three documents are provided:

Scale Exemption/Alternative Weighing System
- Request for Scales Exemption/Alternative Weighing System template with instructions (Word, 36 KB). Facilities may request CalRecycle approval of a scales exemption or alternative weighing system. The requirements are specified in Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 18809.2(g)-(m), 18810.2(f)-(l), and 18811.2(c)-(h).
