Cities
- City of Cerritos Agreement with CALSAN Inc. for Exclusive Waste Handling (4/95). The
agreement gives CALSAN exclusive right to collect RES/COMM/IND waste in the city for 5
years, but in return CALSAN must meet diversion mandates.
- Memorandum of Understanding Between the Cities of Mountain View, Palo Alto, and
Sunnyvale (9/91) (Adobe PDF, 3.2 MEG). Relates to the construction and operation of a materials recovery,
materials recovery transfer station and the long term disposal of MSW at Kirby Canyon
Landfill.
- An Agreement Between South Napa Waste Management Authority and the Regional Disposal
