Cities

  1. City of Cerritos Agreement with CALSAN Inc. for Exclusive Waste Handling (4/95). The agreement gives CALSAN exclusive right to collect RES/COMM/IND waste in the city for 5 years, but in return CALSAN must meet diversion mandates.
  2. Memorandum of Understanding Between the Cities of Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Sunnyvale (9/91) (Adobe PDF, 3.2 MEG). Relates to the construction and operation of a materials recovery, materials recovery transfer station and the long term disposal of MSW at Kirby Canyon Landfill.
  3. An Agreement Between South Napa Waste Management Authority and the Regional Disposal Company Rail-haul (Adobe PDF, 6.7). The agreement is regarding transfer station operations, solid waste transportation, and disposal services.
  4. City of Oxnard and BLT Enterprises Agreement (5/95). Regards the design, construction and equipping management and operation of a MRF/TS, transfer of waste and marketing of recovered materials.
