Description:  These regulations provide a flexible regulatory structure for solid waste facilities and solid waste handling operations

Affected Regulatory Code Sections:  Title 24, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 7,  Chapter 4, Article 3,  Sections 18100 through 18105.11.

Status:  These regulations were approved by OAL on March 1, 1995.
