Description: These regulations provide clarification and
guidance to each operator who holds a solid waste facilities permit in applying for an
emergency waiver of standards in the event of a state of emergency or local emergency.
Affected Regulatory Code Sections: Title 14, California Code of
Regulations (CCR), Division 7, Sections 17210 through 17210.9.
Status: Approved by OAL and filed with Secretary of State on August
26, 1996. Became effective on September 26, 1996.
