Description: The regulations define transfer operations, place
the operations into the California Integrated Waste Management Board's (CIWMB) regulatory
tiers, and establish permitting requirements and minimum operating standards.
Affected Regulatory Code Sections: Title 14, California Code of
Regulations (CCR), Division 7, Chapter 3, Articles 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3, Sections
17400 through 17414; Article 6, Article 6.4, Sections 17413
and 17420; and amending the title of Chapter 5.
History: The regulations were approved by OAL on October 11,
1996 and became effective on the same date.
