Transfer Operations


The regulations define transfer operations, place the operations into the California Integrated Waste Management Board's (CIWMB) regulatory tiers, and establish permitting requirements and minimum operating standards.

Affected Regulatory Code Sections:

Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 7, Chapter 3, Articles 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3, Sections 17400 through 17414; Article 6, Article 6.4, Sections 17413 and 17420; and amending the title of Chapter 5.


The regulations were approved by OAL on October 11, 1996 and became effective on the same date.
