Local Jurisdiction Plans

Description: This rulemaking provided procedures for preparing and revising city, regional agency, and county Source Reduction and Recycling Elements (SRRE), Household Hazardous Waste Elements (HHWE), and Nondisposal Facility Elements (NDFE). The regulations also describe the procedures for petitioning for a time extension, a reduction in diversion and planning requirements, and approval of sludge diversion petitions.

Affected Regulatory Code Sections: Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 7, Chapter 9, Article 7.O sections 18760 through 18775.4.

History: These regulations were approved by OAL February 13, 1997 and filed with the Secretary of State on that date.
