Rigid Plastic Packaging Containers: Section 100

Description: This rulemaking amended and repealed certain language in Title 14 sections 17943 - 17948.5 of the California Code of Regulations, to designate rigid plastic packaging containers which contain cosmetics or food as exempt containers. This change was necessitated by Chapter 754, Statutes of 1996 (SB 1155, Maddy).

Affected Regulatory Code Sections: Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 7, Sections 17943 - 17948.5.

History: The rulemaking was approved by OAL on March 18, 1997, and became effective on April 19, 1997.
