Nonhazardous, Nonputrescible, Industrial Solid Waste--Emergency Regulations

Description: This rulemaking established permitting and operational standards for hazardous waste facilities that dispose of nonhazardous, nonputrescible, industrial solid waste.

Affected Regulatory Code Sections: Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, sections 17367, 17368, 17369, 17370.1, 17370.2, and 18225.

History: The OAL approved these emergency regulations on July 31, 2000 with an effective date of October 1, 2000.
