Rigid Plastic Packaging Container Recycling Rates

The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved emergency regulations and filed them with the Secretary of State on September 17, 2001, at which time the regulations became effective.

History
At its June 19-20, 2001 meeting, the Board directed staff to pursue emergency regulations to use the previous year's recycling rates for compliance in the current calendar year.

The Board adopted the emergency regulations at its July 25-26, 2001 meeting.

The OAL approved the emergency regulations and filed them with the Secretary of State on September 17, 2001, at which time the regulations became effective.
