Subject:    $4 Million Request for Proposals from San Joaquin APCD

The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District has issued a RFP for $4 million dollars to advance the development and to accelerate the deployment of clean-air technologies for near- and long-term emissions reductions. This RFP places a particular emphasis on NOX emission reduction technologies in 3 focus areas 1) Renewable Energy, 2) Waste Solutions, and 3) Mobile Sources. A workshop for potential applicants is scheduled for July 2nd.  Applications are due August 15th and awards are slated to occur in December of 2014.
