Date Sent:    March 9, 2017

Message:

Due to confusion related to the maximum requested grant amount, CalRecycle will extend the ORG2 application due date to Thursday, March 16, 2017.

For compost projects seeking a maximum $3 million, applicants can only request up to $2.4 million and the remaining $600,000 will be added to the requested grant amount by CalRecycle as performance payments as indicated in the Application Guidelines & Instructions pages 6 and 7.

For digestion projects seeking a maximum of $4 million, applicants can only request up to $3.2 million and the remaining $800,000 will be added to the requested grant amount by CalRecycle as performance payments as indicated in the Application Guidelines & Instructions pages 6 and 7.

The secondary due date of March 30, 2017 will not be extended.
