Feasibility Study on the Expanded Use of Agricultural and Forest Waste Commercial Products

This report was developed and published in January 1999 to fulfill the mandate set forth in Section 42003 of the Public Resources Code (PRC) requiring the California Integrated Waste Management board to report to the Governor, the California legislature, and interested members of the public on the feasibility of expanding the use of forest and agricultural waste in the production of commercial products.
